Our Story
Built on the Mountain, for the Mountain
Kipps Kustom Landscapes is a high-end mountain and lakefront landscaping contractor operated by Hunter Kipps under Miller Landscaping Group LLC. For 15+ years we have specialized in the work that Northeast Georgia demands: large-scale estate overhauls, hillside boulder retaining walls, lakefront riprap and shoreline stabilization, red-clay drainage, forestry mulching, and precision grounds care.
We are established here in Habersham County, and our reputation was built the hard way — one steep slope, one failing shoreline, one flooded red-clay yard at a time. Homeowners trust us for heavy-machine mountain grading and luxury lakefront estate work because we understand this ground better than anyone who parachutes in from the metro.

Then you get a written, line-item estimate that separates the core fix from options — materials, machine time, drainage, permits, cleanup, and warranty spelled out so you can compare our bid honestly against anyone else’s.
We run our own heavy equipment — excavators with hydraulic thumbs, forestry mulchers, and skid steers — in the hands of veteran operators, so the hard part of a mountain project never gets subbed out to whoever is cheapest that week. On stonework, the same crews that move three-ton boulders also hand-fit the flagstone, which is why our walls and patios look like they grew out of the ground.
